### By selecting ***Existing paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs course*** as the method for initializing your course content, your new course will contain an exact copy of an existing course's content. You can create an **Existing paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs course** for any course type: **Scheduled**, **Unscheduled**, **Template**, and **Sandbox**.

### Please follow the steps below:


1. Select ***Existing paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs course*** and then click ***Next Step***.

2. Next, select the course you wish to copy into the course shell and then click ***Next Step***.

3. Fill in the necessary information: 

- **Full name of Course**
- **Short name of Course**
- **Summary of Course**

4. Click ***Confirm ***to create your course. You can also select ***Previous Step***, if there is anything you wish to adjust/change.

> ⚠️ Please note that if the course creation was not successful, then after selecting ***Confirm ***you will be taken to a page informing you that it was unsuccessful. A common error will be that the course name is already in use by another instructor.
