### To create an exam/quiz question where more than one answer is correct, please see the following steps:


1. Begin by selecting the quiz you wish to edit.

2. Then click on ***Questions ***at the top of the page.

3. Click on the question you wish to edit.

4. Next, scroll down to the section that says ***One or multiple answers?*** and click the down arrow to change it from ***One answer only*** to ***Multiple answers allowed***.

5. Scroll down to the questions and change the values. Now that the number of acceptable answers has been changed from ***One answer only*** to ***Multiple answers allowed***, each correct answer will now need a value. For example, if three of these answers are correct then each answer would receive a grade value of 33.33333% for a total of 100% if the student selects all three answers.

6. Each incorrect answer will also need to be provided a grade value as well. If the grade value is left as 0, students will be able to select all answers and receive 100% for that question. Therefore, incorrect answers should warrant a** mark deduction**. It is up to the instructor to determine how much of a deduction there will be for each incorrect answer. The example provided below demonstrates a **deduction of 33.33333%** of the entire question value if an incorrect answer is selected.

7. Once every question has a correct value, please scroll to the bottom of the page and select ***Save Changes***.
