#### How do I navigate and find the answers to my questions in the MacEwan Help Centre?** **

## 1. Search Bar

a.  Begin by visiting the**[ MacEwan Help Centre](https://helpcentre.macewan.ca/)** and typing in the key terms of your inquiry into either of the two search bars below as both search bars will display the same results.

b. Scroll through the available options from your search to find the answer to your inquiry.

## 2. Ticket Search

a. If you were unsuccessful in finding the answer to your question please visit the** ****[MacEwan Help Centre](https://helpcentre.macewan.ca/)** and select ***Get Help***.

b. Next, click on ***Technology Support***.

c. Select ***General Tech Support Request***.

d. In the **General Tech Support Request**, begin by typing the keywords of your question in the*** Summary ***box. By doing so, other previously-created help articles will appear that may contain the solution to your question. 

For example, if you are having trouble accessing paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs, then you can begin typing **mêskanâs,** and three potential help articles will appear that may be the solution to your question. If you cannot find a solution, please complete the form to receive assistance from the Tech Support team.
