A "**Page**" is a resource that allows instructors to display information using a text editor. It’s an efficient way to present information such as subject content, lecture notes, instructions, reading material, or multimedia content to students. A Page can include formatted text, images, links, videos, and other media, making it versatile for presenting content.
## Setup
Turn **Edit mode** on in the top-right corner of the main mêskanâs page.
Once editing is enabled, go to the section of your course where you want to add the Page.
Click the **+ Activity or resource** link within that section.
In the pop-up window, scroll down or search for **Page** under the resources list.
Click **Page**.
## General
**Name**: Give your Page a descriptive name. This is the title students will see.
**Description** (optional): Add a brief description of the page content if you like.
## Content
**Page content**: In the content editor, type or paste the information you want to display. Using the editor's toolbar, you can format the text, embed images, videos, or add links.
## Common Module Settings
Consider setting the **Common module settings** under **Availability**, which can also be set on the main course page.
## Restrict Access
To **restrict access** to the page, if needed. For example, if you want students to complete an activity before they gain access to a particular page.
## Completion Conditions
**Completion Conditions** options can be set.
When finished, click **SAVE AND RETURN TO COURSE** to go back to the course page or **SAVE AND DISPLAY **to preview your Page.
