**AUDIENCE:  **<span style="color: #bf2600">**STUDENTS**</span>

An official transcript of your academic record is maintained by the Office of the University Registrar. Transcripts are considered confidential information and will not be released without your formal consent.

The University offers two types of transcripts:

1. Credit transcripts (undergraduate programs, University Preparation and English as an Additional Language)
2. Continuing Education non-credit transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be obtained via myStudentSystem or from the Office of the University Registrar upon presentation of photo ID.

Digital copies of your official transcripts are available through MyCreds<sup>TM</sup>. Detailed instructions can be found on our <u>[website](https://www.macewan.ca/apply-enrol/enrolment-grades-records/student-records/macewan-transcripts/)</u>.
