Scan—in colour—both sides of each original document. Save each document as a PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC or DOCX. Upload the documents into myStudentSystem:

- Launch **myStudentSystem **from [myPortal.MacEwan.ca](http://myportal.macewan.ca/)
- Select **My Documents **tile
- Select applicable document type from the dropdown menu
- Upload your document
