If you have not been contacted regarding an issue with your request, it will be processed within this time frame.  For requests made through myStudentSystem, you can see the status of your request by going to: 1. Launch myStudentSystem from [myPortal.MacEwan.ca](http://myportal.macewan.ca/) 2. Go to the **Academics Records **tile 3. Select** Request Official Transcript** from the left menu 4.
