Your Year of Study indicates where you are in your program and does not necessarily match the number of years you have been attending. It is based on how many credits you have earned, including transfer credit, if applicable.

Among other things, it is used to set your enrolment appointments, and it may be a factor in determining your eligibility for some scholarships, awards, and bursaries. Note that most scholarships, awards, and bursaries do not require a specific Year of Study.

You can find your Year of Study in myStudentSystem, under the **Academic Records** tile - **Program Information**.
