If you are receiving both, Alberta and Canada student loans, you will need to complete two agreements. Refer to your Alberta Student Aid account for more information. Once your loan has been processed, you will receive any applicable funds directly into your bank account, minus the amount that was remitted directly to MacEwan to be applied towards your tuition and fees. You will typically receive these leftover funds in your bank account before the remittance amount appears in myStudentSystem. It typically takes 7-10 days for the funds to appear in myStudentSystem. Note that Canada and provincial loans may appear in your bank account on different dates. > ℹ️ *Note that this information applies to Canada and Alberta loans only.
