**AUDIENCE:  **<span style="color: #bf2600">**STUDENTS**</span>** **

Students can add/change their pronouns through the myStudentSystem. Your pronouns will be visible to instructors on class rosters and to staff within the Student Information System.

1. Log into[ ](https://myportal.macewan.ca/)<u>[https://myportal.macewan.ca](https://myportal.macewan.ca)</u>
2. In the **Quick Links** menu, select **myStudentSystem**
3. Select the **Profile **tile
4. Click on the box below Pronouns
5. Enter your pronouns and click **Save**
