Windows Devices 1. Ensure you are connected to the MacEwanSecure Wi-Fi network. 2. [Download and run](https://myprintjobs.macewan.ca/client-setup/known-host/windows.html) the Mobility Print installer. 3. When prompted, select the MacEwan printer queue you want to use and enter your MacEwan username (e.g. DoeJ) and password. 4. The printers should now be available on your device as Library - Greyscale or Library - Colour. 5. Once you are asked to enter in your username and password, use your MacEwan username (e.g. DoeJ) and password. > ⚠️ Please note: MacOS tends to autofill the username field with the name of the computer, not the user. 3. The printers should now be available on your device as Library - Greyscale or Library - Colour. 4. iPhone/iPad Devices > ⚠️ You must be on the MacEwanSecure Wi-Fi to add a print queue or print documents. 1. Install The Profile: Open the Settings app and click on “Profile Downloaded > Install,” or you can also scroll down to “VPN & Device Management > Papercut > Install”. The printers should now be available on your device as Library - Greyscale and Library - Colour. 3. Android Devices 1. Ensure you are connected to the MacEwanSecure Wi-Fi network. 2. Install the Mobility Print app - [https://myprintjobs.macewan.ca](https://myprintjobs.macewan.ca). 3. Open the app. 4. Ensure that both the Mobility Print Service and notifications are on. 5. When printing for the first time, a push notification will ask you for authentication. Use your MacEwan username and password to sign in. 6. [Print and release your document](https://macewan.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TSP/pages/1659208890/Print+Your+Document+at+MacEwan#Print-your-document). 7. **If you cannot see the printers listed**, visit [https://myprintjobs.macewan.ca](https://myprintjobs.macewan.ca/client-setup/known-host/android.html) again and select the “Install or update” button to ensure the app is connecting to the MacEwan printers.
Chromebook Devices ### Print from the Browser 1. Ensure that you are logged into your laptop with your @mymacewan.ca account - **not your personal account**. 2. Ensure you are connected to the MacEwanSecure Wi-Fi network. 3. Install the [Mobility Print Chrome extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/mobility-print/ndakideadaglgpbblmppfonobpdgggin?hl=en) from the Chrome Web Store. 4. [Print and release your document](https://macewan.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TSP/pages/1659208890/Print+Your+Document+at+MacEwan#Print-your-document). ### Print from Another App Most Chromebooks will allow you to install Android (i.e. mobile) apps. > ℹ️ Your print job will remain in the print queue for **24 hours**. --- ## Printing without a mobile device If you do not have a printing-compatible mobile device or if the outlined steps aren’t working for you, you can print from any of our common-use computers in the library or outside the Allard Equipment Centre. Be sure that the respective “Library - greyscale” or “Library - colour” printers are selected when you submit the print job, then log in to the printer and release it from the printer queue. If the printers are not listed, please note that printing is available only to actively enrolled students.
