If you are unable to log into your account, follow these instructions to get an email from our self-service tool to recover your account credentials.
> ⚠️ The reset link sent to your personal email will always start with [https://identity.macewan.ca](https://identity.macewan.ca). If you receive a link that does not start with that address, or if you receive a password reset link and did NOT initiate the process:

> ⚠️ - Contact Technology Support immediately

> ✅ - Your MacEwan username
> ✅ - Access to your personal email (given to MacEwan when you have applied or were hired)
## Instructions
1. Click “Forgot your password?” under the login for the portal ([https://mymacewan.ca](https://mymacewan.ca)).
2. Enter your MacEwan username and complete the CAPTCHA acknowledgment.
3. A password recovery email will be sent to your personal, third-party email address on your file with further instructions on how to complete your password reset.
> ℹ️ If you don’t receive an email or you don’t have access to your recovery email account, contact MacEwan Tech Support through chat at [https://helpcentre.macewan.ca/](https://helpcentre.macewan.ca/) or in person in room 7-292 to have your personal email address that we have on file changed.
