Additionally, you can visit us at **7-292 **for in-person help. --- ## Add a Work or School Account Using your Credentials** ** > ⚠️ This feature is not available to users in China → [Learn more](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-add-your-accounts-to-microsoft-authenticator-92544b53-7706-4581-a142-30344a2a2a57#bkmk_android_in_china) > ⚠️ > ⚠️ This feature is usable only by users whose admins have enabled phone sign-in using Authenticator. 1. **Download** the Microsoft Authenticator app from your device’s app store. > ⚠️ **Do not** open the Authenticator app at this point. **Proceed with the next step.** > Macro (inline-media-image) > Macro (inline-media-image) 2. Go to [https://aka.ms/mfasetup](https://aka.ms/mfasetup) ** **on your device’s browser. 3.
